Our refund and returns policies are 30 days from the original date of purchase. We cannot offer you a full refund or exchange beyond 30 days from the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If your item is from a 2-part system (example: a finishing product that requires a hardener or the Bleaching Kit with parts A & B) then all parts need to be returned to be eligible for a refund or credit.


  • All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. No exceptions
  • In stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of purchase with a sales receipt (excluding closeout and sales items)
  • No refunds or exchanges on Closeout or discontinued items.
  • NO cancellations or returns will be accepted for Special order items or non-stock items.
  • No cash refunds over $50.00 (A check will be issued within 14 days)
  • All special orders are required to be paid for in full at the time of order.
  • Delivery Fees Are Non-Refundable
  • All returned merchandise must be unopened, undamaged and in resaleable condition.
  • Once an item has been picked up or delivered The Store will NOT be responsible for any Damage. (INSPECT YOR PRODUCT)
  • Eligible purchases made with a Credit Card will be returned to the original Credit Card or issued a Store Credit. Debit Card Purchases will be returned in cash or check.


Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the store location in which it was originally purchased from.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you/us may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 14 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • Checks can take 14 to 21 days to arrive
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@floorswalls.com.




  • Must show a valid License or State I.D.
  • Must be written for the sale. (No Cash Back)
  • Must be dated the day of purchase, no postdated checks accepted.
  • Must have your Name and Address imprinted on the check.
  • No temporary or starter checks accepted.
  • There will be a $50 service charge for any returned checks.



  • Cash refund or store credit with sales receipt
  • Refunds over $50 will be issued in the form of a check and mailed to you within 14 days from our office.
  • No refunds on purchases paid by check for 14 days from date of purchase unless you have the canceled check.
